The Co-operative Education and Work-Integrated Learning Canada (CEWL Canada) is a WIL partner for the Business + Higher Education Roundtable (BHER).
The Co-operative Education and Work-Integrated Learning Canada (CEWL Canada) have a formal Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) partnership on the BHER and CEWIL Grant Initiative. This one million dollar collaborative grant-based funding initiative provided by BHER through the Government of Canada is aimed at creating WIL opportunities across Canada. Together, BHER and CEWIL will strike a Steering Committee to oversee a competitive grant process. The funding will go to employers or employer associations and provide resources for joint partnerships with post-secondary institutions. Employers and associations will be able to apply for funds for an initial one-year period, with the possibility for renewal in the second year.
