The Role: 

The Partnerships Coordinator works within the Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) team to  support BHER’s goal of delivering a national WIL program. This role will support the WIL team by tracking partnership and program activities. The Partnerships Coordinator reports to the Program Manager, WIL.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform project coordination, execution on critical paths, and timeline tracking.
  • Collect and review monthly, quarterly and final reports from partners to identify and correct data submission errors. 
  • Collect and review partners' reporting submissions, including data collection and project evaluations.
  • Provide ongoing coordination support of BHER’s funded partnerships, including partner monitoring for project success.
  • Ensure the team is provided with timely and accurate information and status updates on assigned tasks and project milestones.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as communications and finance as required.
  • Other duties as required from time to time to support the organization's objectives.
     

Academic Background and Experience:

  • Degree or diploma in related discipline. 
  • A minimum of 2 years work experience in relevant fields.
  • A combination of education, training, and experience deemed equivalent.

Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

  • Ability to work independently within a remote setting
  • Ability to work within Google suite and Asana
  • Collaborative, team-oriented, highly productive.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills, with the ability to write clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, problem solve, and work with detailed work plans and critical paths.
  • Ability to applying sound judgment and decision making.
  • Commitment to speaking your truth. Always.
